Rad Power Bikes has teamed up with GetHenry to offer customers the possibility to rent some of our models in select European cities! You can now rent the RadRunner 2 or the RadWagon 4 for an affordable monthly fee, with maintenance and service included and monthly cancellation option. Find out more below!

How much does the bike cost per month?
The cost varies by bike model, term length and your location. Please check out the page of our Authorized Partner in your location what their availability is.
Is my contract with Rad Power Bikes?
No. While you are renting a Rad Power Bikes ebike, the contract you are singing is with a trusted partner of ours.
Will I own the Rad Power Bikes ebike at the end of my contract?
No, a subscription or rental agreement is not transferring ownership of the ebike at the end of the term. Each partner has a slightly different arrangement, so please refer to your select location’s terms and conditions to see if they offer a bike purchase or ownership program.
Who can service my ebike?
Our authorized partners provide maintenance and repairs as needed. This is included in your monthly fee.
How do I pay for the monthly fee?
You will never pay Rad Power Bikes during your rental subscription, so please read the terms and conditions of your contract carefully before signing to ensure the payment method and timing aligns with your expectations. For additional questions please ask your local subscription program provider.
How do I cancel my contract?
Please consult your provider’s terms and conditions. The contract will have details on the process and condition for canceling it. Rad Power Bikes can not cancel the contract on your behalf.
Which bikes are part of this program?
Models provided vary based on the partner and their location. Please click on the map to find your nearest subscription program provider to see which bikes you can rent from them.
Can I qualify for my government’s grants for this subscription contract?
This depends on the grant program you wish to participate in. Please ask your subscription program provider if they qualify for a grant program and what paperwork you will need to submit.
