COVID-19 Updates

Statement

The health of our employees, customers, and community, is our top priority. Due to the impact of COVID-19, and the decision of the Dutch government, most Rad Power Bikes EU employees are currently working from home.

 

We are experiencing a high volume of emails, and will do our best to revert to your email within the next 3-5 working days.

 

If any country makes the decision to restrict the import of goods, it could lead to a delivery delay, which is unfortunately out of our control. Please continue to monitor your local news for updates on shipping services, and how this may affect your order.

 

We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation closely, following guidance from the Dutch Government.

We thank you for your patience and understanding during this time, and will continue to assist with any advice and helpful tips regarding your ebike.

Placing an Order

Customers are still able to place orders through our website. We will continue to fulfill orders, and dispatch them as per the guidance from government officials within Europe. We are all aware, the COVID-19 virus is taking rapid effect, therefore we suggest staying up to date with your local authorities on procedures to follow during the next few weeks.

Delivery of Orders

As mentioned above, scenarios and restrictions continue to change and adapt. We will do our utmost to stay on top of the situation, and keep customers informed on all restrictions applied, or removed, due to the COVID-19 virus.

Please note that our warehouse has updated measures to ensure the well-being and protection of their employees. These measures may lead to delays in delivery. In some cases, the internal processing time is extended to up to 5 days. Our logistics team is working hard to ensure minimal shipping delays.

 

 

Utrecht Showroom and Test Ride Service

Opening Times

Monday - Friday: 09:00 - 16:00 CET.

 

Workshop

We are still offering services to all our customers. Please contact us via +31-85 7470430 or eu-info@radpowerbikes.com to book your service appointment.

 

Mobile Test Rides

We are offering Mobile Test Rides per appointment only. Careful precautions are taken, in accordance to the government guidelines. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

 

Utrecht Showroom


Rad Power Bikes showroom will continue to stay open to the above stated times. We are here to help and serve our customer, but ask that you adhere to the following rules if you wish to visit our showroom in Utrecht, the Netherlands:

  • No more than two customers in the showroom at a time.
  • No handshakes or physical contact of any kind.
  • If you have to cough or sneeze, please do so in your elbow.

Refunds and Returning Procedure

Please refer to our returns page for information regarding refunds.

If you wish to apply for a refund or return for your ebike, we ask that you communicate with our customer support team soonest.

Please note our current refund/returns policy asks that returns be submitted 14 days after you receive your ebike and/or accessories. Due to the current COVID-19 situation, you may not be able to ship your return within this 14 day period. If this is the case, please inform our customer support team in a timely manner, and ensure your purchase is placed in the original packaging until the date you are able to resend it.
