Go to checkout and fill in your personal details as you normally would (input your own shipping address). You can then select your preferred shipping method and choose the Click & Collect option near you!
3. Finalise Checkout
Finalise the checkout by selecting your preferred payment method and paying the delivery and assembly fee of €178,50 (per bike).
4. Sit back and relax!
All you need to do now is relax. We'll handle the rest. Your chosen service partner will call you to make an appointment for collection! (This can take up to 15 business days).

Assembly and pick-up costs a total of 178,50 EUR. This includes the regular shipping fee of 49,50 EUR plus an additional 129,- EUR assembly fee for the Rad Authorized Service Partner that will be getting your bike ready.
Yes, the assembly fee needs to be paid in advance, when you place your order through our website.
No, the fee only includes the delivery and assembly of the ebike. If you have ordered any extra accessories with your bike, the Rad Authorized Service Partner will reach out to you to discuss your options, and any additional fees that may be involved.
The delivery and assembly can take up to 15 business days. As soon as the bike is delivered to the selected pick-up location, they will reach out to you via the phone number you provided during checkout to arrange the pick-up date and any other necessary details.
Unfortunately no. Because the delivery is taking place at the Service Partner’s location, all shipment tracking information is routed directly to them. They will reach out as soon as the bike arrives.
You can definitely have your bike delivered to a local bike shop, but you will need to arrange all the fees, assembly, delivery and pick-up details with them directly. We suggest reaching out to a preferred local bike shop to ask if they are available for this. If you reach an agreement, you can proceed with the usual checkout process, but instead of your home shipping address you will need to fill in the bike shop’s address.
Yes, the Service Partner is trained and equipped to fix any issues you may experience with your ebike.
No. To return an ebike, you will need to reach out to our Customer Experience team at eu-info@radpowerbikes.com. They will guide you through the process of returning your ebike.
