RadWagon 4 Tire/ Rim Strip Repair Process

On August 31st and September 9th, 2022 we reached out to our RadWagon 4 owners to share a safety notice regarding their ebike. We have since been working on research, solution planning and production of the spare parts required to repair your RadWagon 4.

If you have spare tires that are also affected by the safety notice, please reach out to our Customer Support team for assistance.

The flowchart below, shows you the process from issue identification to resolution and will give you up to date information on timelines and what next steps are happening to get you riding safely again.

As new tires and spare parts will be delivered to our warehouse starting mid January, we aim for the first batch of repair kits to ship to you (via UPS) early February. This means you will be able to schedule appointments with our Rad Authorised Service Partners and local bike mechanics from February 2023. As we move closer to these dates, we will share more specific next steps and timelines to get you riding Rad again.
